The renovated distribution center of PHOENIX Pharma in Burgas officially opened its doors

On 31 October 2024, PHOENIX Pharma officially opened its renovated and modernized distribution center in Burgas, in the presence of the Mayor of Burgas, Dimitar Nikolov, and the Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of PHOENIX Pharma, Nikolay Kolev. The modernization project, implemented in two years, includes an investment of nearly BGN 1.5 million. It covers the installation of automated conveyor systems, the introduction of modern lifting and storage equipment, as well as the installation of a photovoltaic system for green energy production. These innovations will increase the efficiency of operations and reduce the company’s carbon footprint. Together with renovated and expanded office space, they make the center one of the most modern in the region and a convenient location for international meetings. The renovated PHOENIX Pharma distribution centre in Burgas processes 10,000 deliveries per month and serves customers throughout the region. The centre provides jobs for over 60 people, with the upgrades enabling further capacity expansion and improving the quality of services offered.
