Over 1100 pharmacists participated in specialized webinars on changes in pharmaceutical legislation and healthcare software

PHOENIX Pharma’s Strategic Projects Department organized and held the first ever specialized webinars for pharmacists on key changes in the regulatory framework and their impact on daily pharmacy operations. Four free webinars took place over several consecutive days, bringing together over 1100 participants from across the country. The impetus for the initiative was the legislative changes from 1 June 2025 requiring timely adaptation in healthcare software. The Health Software team put in a lot of effort to implement the changes in our health software Pharmacy Expert 2 in the form of intuitive and reliable digital solutions. To assist our customers in smoothly navigating this transition, webinars offered a clear and systematic summary of the new requirements and their practical implications in the software. Thanks to this, our software has provided the most seamless transition for pharmacies in this regulatory-intensive period. An essential part of each webinar was the Q&A session, where pharmacists had the opportunity to ask questions about real cases and get answers from our experts.
